We’re currently experiencing issues creating deployments on our eu2-prod clusters.
While we’re investigating this issue, we suggest you use alternative clusters to avoid service disruptions when launching new deployments. You can do this by passing in the --cluster_region=eu argument, which would automatically select a working cluster for you.
We’ll keep you updated as we learn more.

UPD: that happened prob cause ive got world map corrupted for some reason. after ive fixed it - workers started normally.

A fix has been rolled out.
All existing deployment will need to be restarted to ensure they pickup the change.
