Failed to start managed server-worker UnrealWorker

Hello!

When starting a cloud deployment, an error message appears in the logs: Failed to start managed server-worker UnrealWorker: Timed out waiting for the worker to connect to the Runtime after 30000ms. Requesting to stop the worker process.

How can I fix this ?

Hello @Netlex,

Can you check on the Assembly Tab of your deployment if the UnrealWorker assembly is there?

Hi @Netlex,

This is Bing Shi from Support team.
It’s my pleasure to work with you on this ticket.

Normally the error message: Failed to start managed server-worker UnrealWorker: Timed out waiting for the worker to connect to the Runtime after 30000ms. Means something wrong when worker failed to start. Could you help check if there any error message during the build?

Hi.

I checked everything, found no errors during the build, here is the build log.

BuildLog.log (229.9 KB)

Hi @Netlex,

Could you help share with me the deployment link in the address bar when open your deployment in the console?

Do you mean this link?

https://console.improbable.io/projects/beta_mike_echo_247/deployments/tiny/runs/3505540840023441085/overview

Yes. Thank you. I will check.

Hi @Netlex,

From the logs I can see the following error message:
/data/workers/UnrealWorker/CyberWarServer.sh but file not found!
Could you help check it?
