Logs UI blocked behind error message - 27 June 2018


We are currently having an issue in where accessing the logs of a deployment will be blocked by an error message.

This seems to happen on all deployments at the moment.

We will update you when we have more information.

We have found a temporary workaround for this.

The URL when you go into the Logs looks something similar to this:

If you remove the long ID (XXXXXXXXX) from the URL so it looks like this

the error message will disappear and you will be able to access the Logs normally.

Issue has been resolved.

Links should now work correctly, although cached versions of the page might still not work, in which case, you will need to do a full refresh ignoring the cache which depending on your browser is done with Ctrl + F5, Ctrl + Shift + r, or similar (whole list here:

If your logs page is still broken, you will need to navigate back to the Overview, do a full refresh and then click the Logs link again.
