[Solved] Incident: console logs unresponsive


We’re currently investigating an issue where the console logs are intermittently unresponsive, ranging from long loading times to “An error occurred” messages. This is affecting all deployments.

We will update this post as more information becomes available.


As a workaround you can access the raw logs of your deployment’s nodes through the “advanced” tab.


The service should be back to normal. We’re working with Elastic Search to understand the underlying fault, if you have any problems please let us know.
